We've been commissioned to design a contemporary extension for Derby County's Supporters player of the year, Shaun Barker and his family. The property, set in mature woodland, will be increased in size to incorporate addtional bedrooms and open plan living spaces. One of the key design elements is to embrace the woodland views, and link the surrounding into their home.
We are about to break the ground on this new residential development, Shine ZC. Shine Zero Carbon is being developed in partnership between Loughborough University, East Midlands Development Agency, and East Midlands Renewable Energy. The scheme accommodates 6 houses and 3 apartments within an inner city site.
