Simon Foote Architects enjoyed a great evening at the Forum for the Built Environment Awards in Leicester last week and were pleased to be placed first in the Derbyshire Scheme and team category for Shine ZC.
Sponsored by Structural Design Associates, the award recognises Shine ZC's commitment to zero carbon housing and the advanced carbon neutral technology incorporated in the design. The judges were so impressed with the project that they voted it overall East Midlands Scheme winner too.
