Bradbea Properties, 28 Ashbourne Road, Derby

The refurbishment of this Grade II listed building, situated on one of Derby most historic street settings, is the new head office for Katapult, a leading marketing agency in the Midlands. The building was in a state of disrepair and needed both structural and cosmetic work, in order to meet the client brief of creating a space that oozed energy, imagination, vitality and character.

The renovation of the space had to work to retain and enhance the original character/features of the building as well as meet the requirements of the modern office environment, including open space, creative and break out spaces, and several separately rentable office studios. We created a flexible and professional environment, which has developed into a successful creative hub with a computer gaming consultancy, architectural practice, and financial advisors!
