Retail shop, King Street

This new shop front was part funded under the Townscape Heritage Initiative facilitated by Amber Valley Borough Council. The project involved replacing the existing shop front, therefore creating additional floor area to ground floor retail unit, and enhancing the historic street scene along King Street.
Our role was to manage the planning applications, apply and monitor the available grant funding, tender the building and joinery works, and supervise the installation on site.
