Simon Foote Architects have been appointed to re-develop Burgh Hall in Burgh Le Marsh, Lincolnshire.  Situated 7 miles from Skegness, the property was a residential care home, until its closure in 2008 when it was purchased by Majesticare Limited.

The project involves renovating and developing the hall, into ten apartments, with an additional four new-build units sited within the mature and historic grounds. The planning application will be submitted in early December 2010.
